As most of you already know, Linkin Parks lead singer Chester Charles Bennington, who is known for his unique piercing scream and a comfortability of utilizing music as an outlet for his personal demons committed suicide by hanging. He is survived by his wife Talinda Bentley and 6 kids as well as his parents. One of the situations that might have had made an impact on why he did what he did, was back in May when he found his friend Mr. Cornell had committed suicide. Mr. Cornell left him a note that said “I can’t imagine a world without in it. I pray you find peace in the next life.” Mr. Bennington was totally honest about his abuse of drugs and alcohol. That raw honesty led to some of his greatest hits with Linkin Park. He saw the world as bleak and grey and his words were self-inflicting but he sang about topics that were real and happening all over. So, that brought loyalty of listeners who he saved from giving up. Linkin Park made a lot of money on the loyalty of people who felt his pain through his words. The world will never be the same and we send our deepest condolences to his family and fans.
